Home Life Wound Care, a division of Home Life Primary Care and Social Services, employs an expert team of wound care providers to manage simple and complex wounds using the most modern, pain-free techniques.  We'll come see you in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, or the Bronx.  You can also come by our easily accessible office at 900 First Avenue, Manhattan.  M15 bus from north and south, E,M trains from east and west.  Also nearby the 6 train.

We can liaise with your home health care team at the moment of discovery of a wound via Zoom or in person to quickly assess the situation. Patients can then be scheduled for a home visit or office visit to begin wound care.
